The judge is a professional photojournalist who
holds a Masters Degree in photojournalism
Conditions:
1. The judges will be Zhou Xiaosui and Graeme Mills
2. The judges decision will be final and no corresspondence will be entered into
3. The entrant grants Kaixin the right to electronically publish the entry on the www.kaixin.com.au website
4. The entrant indemnifies Kaixin, XiaosuiBlue Pty Ltd, Zhou Xiaosui and Graeme Mills against any plagiarism, defamation or any other action resulting from the entry.
5. The winning entrant agrees to have their name published with the article on Kaixin
6. Payment will be by payment into the PayPal account of the entrant
7. Kaixin has the right to accept or reject any entries for any reason and without condition
